• Air Dry: Let your bear air dry naturally. Do not use heat or a hairdryer—unless you want a bear with a weird new hairstyle.

• Avoid Overstuffed Bags: Bila Bear loves to travel but doesn’t want to be squished under snacks and mystery purse objects.

• Keep Away from Sharp Objects: No one wants a bear with battle scars.

We want you to love your Bila Bear! If your keychain arrives defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from receiving it to send it back for a full refund (you’ll just need to cover return shipping).

Please include your name and order number with your return so we can process your refund smoothly.

We can usually fix it within 24 hours, but after that, if the order has already been processed, we unfortunately can’t issue a refund due to incorrect address submission.
