📦 I just placed an order — when will my Bila Bear keychain ship?
Right now, we’re super excited to be doing pre-orders only! That means your Bila Bear keychain is being prepped just for you. Please allow about 2–3 weeks from the time of your order for it to arrive. We’re working hard to get your bear buddy to you as quickly as possible!
😕 I'm not totally in love with my Bila Bear keychain — can I return it? What if there's an issue?
We want you to love your Bila Bear! If your keychain arrives defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from receiving it to send it back for a full refund (you’ll just need to cover return shipping).
Please include your name and order number with your return so we can process your refund smoothly.
⚠️ Note: If your package has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive before returning it.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel anytime before your Bila Bear keychain ships with no penalty. If it has already shipped, just wait for it to arrive and use our return process for a full refund.
🏠 I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
No worries! If you made a mistake, just reply to your order confirmation email ASAP and send the correct address to drip@bilabear.com.
We can usually fix it within 24 hours, but after that, if the order has already been processed, we unfortunately can’t issue a refund due to incorrect address submission.
⏳ How long does shipping take?
All Bila Bear keychains are pre-order only right now. That means we’re preparing your order just for you!
Shipping takes about 2–3 weeks from the time you place your order.
